Claims for shipping damage must be made within 3 business days, and MUST be returned in its original packaging.

Returning Defective Products
Every item is inspected before we ship them to you. Ocassionally something slips through that shouldn't, and we promise to make it right. Claims for defects must be made within 3 days of receipt, and if necessary, Return Shipping (RS) Labels will be issued for defective merchandise. Upon receipt of the defective item, we will ship you a replacement item, or issue a credit or refund of the product price. Prior to contacting us, please determine the exact nature of the defect. If possible, please send us photos of the defect. If a product is returned on a RS label is found to be NOT defective, at our sole descretion, the cost of shipping both ways may be deducted from the credit or refund amount.

30 Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product, you can return the product within 30 days. All merchandise, except printed or recorded material, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping & handling costs, if the customer requests a Return Authorization within thirty (30) days of the sale. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
For items with free shipping or shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping & handling, which will be deducted from the purchase price refund. No returns are accepted after 30 days. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. Returns must be in new and unused condition. Items that are damaged during return will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Customers are encouraged to insure returns for their protection. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials.
